By downloading or using the ModaScan mobile application ("ModaScan", "the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use ModaScan.
ModaScan helps you identify fashion items from photos and find prices and similar products from third-party retailers. The app uses AI image analysis (Google Gemini) and price comparison data from third-party sources.
ModaScan is an information tool only. We do not sell products, process payments for retailers, or operate any of the storefronts shown in search results. All purchases happen on the retailer's website, under their terms.
Results shown in ModaScan are AI-generated and may not always be accurate. Product identifications, prices, stock availability, and similarity matches are best-effort estimates derived from third-party data and AI models. Always verify product details, pricing, and availability on the retailer's own website before making a purchase decision.

The free tier of ModaScan includes a limited number of scans per calendar month (currently 10). The counter resets on the first day of each calendar month. We reserve the right to change the free-tier limit, introduce paid tiers, or modify pricing with reasonable notice.
You may use ModaScan without an account, with limited functionality. If you create an account using Google or Apple sign-in, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
ModaScan, including its source code, design, and branding, is owned by Fusion Forge. The app uses third-party services and data (Google Gemini, retailer APIs); the rights to that content belong to their respective owners. Product images and retailer trademarks shown in search results are the property of those retailers and brands.
ModaScan relies on third-party services to function. Their availability and behavior are outside our control. We are not liable for downtime, errors, or behavior of:
ModaScan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fusion Forge and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or damages from purchases made via third-party retailers found through the app.
You can stop using ModaScan at any time by uninstalling the app and (if applicable) deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
We may update these terms over time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria (the jurisdiction of Fusion Forge). Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise in your jurisdiction.
